▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nanotube-graphene-silicon composition lithium battery material comprises (i) dispersing carbon nanotube powder and graphene oxide powder in a mixed solution of deionized water and ethanol, performing ultrasonic treatment at 20-30 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a carbon nanotube-graphene mixed solution; (ii) dispersing nano-silicon in the above-mentioned carbon nanotube-graphene mixed solution and ultrasonic for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a mixed suspension, where the mass ratio of nano-silicon to the carbon nanotube-graphene is 0.5-5:1; and (iii) subjecting the mixed suspension to a solvent evaporation treatment at 80-110 degrees C, drying the obtained viscous substance in an inert atmosphere at 60-80 degrees C for 8-12 hours, grinding into powder, and tableting. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon nanotube-graphene-silicon composition lithium battery material. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts carbon nanotube, graphene, and silicon composition lithium battery material, which has good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties; has simple preparation method and has good repeatability; and is economical.
