▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Protecting a concrete surface involves dispersing graphene oxide in water and then sufficiently and uniformly dispersing it to obtain an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, and immersing or coating aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide on the concrete surface until thickness of the graphene oxide layer on the concrete surface is greater than or equal to 10 mu m. The concrete having surface covered with the graphene oxide layer is subjected to a reduction treatment to remove most of hydrophilic groups in graphene oxide to obtain a hydrophobic graphene surface protective layer. The concrete is prefabricated concrete or cast-in-place concrete, and cast-in-place concrete is a concrete structure which is poured into a construction site, and precast concrete is poured into another place instead of getting poured at concrete structure of the final construction site. USE - Method for protecting concrete surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to protect concrete surface, which utilizes single graphene oxide as raw material for concrete surface protection, has simple operation, low cost, high water absorption rate of concrete treated by surface protection, excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, is a cement-based material, and provides a research idea.
