NOVELTY - A negative electrode material comprises a graphene film with self-supporting structure. USE - The negative electrode material is useful for sodium-ion battery (claimed) and lithium-ion battery used in vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode material can be prepared by a simple method, which uses cheap and easy-to-obtain cellulose as structural template, consumes less energy, easily achieves large-scale production, reduces the generation of pollution, and ensures high yield; and uses graphene, which replicates the morphology of the cellulose assembly, and has special spiral channel structure, high crystallinity and conductivity, and controllable number of layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the negative electrode material, which involves: (1) obtaining a cellulose/silicon dioxide composite film; (2) removing cellulose in the composite film to obtain silicon dioxide; (3) reacting raw materials containing carbon source and silicon dioxide under inactive atmosphere to obtain an intermediate product for depositing graphene on silicon dioxide; and (4) removing silicon dioxide in the intermediate product.
