NOVELTY - Bio-assisted synthesis of bacteriostatic photocatalyst reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide/silver involves formulating graphene oxide and ferric chloride hexahydrate to water solution, adding urea and sodium alginate, heating, cooling, centrifuging, washing, drying, ultrasonically dispersing in mixed solution of water and absolute ethanol, adding silane coupling agent 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES), modifying, stirring, vacuum drying, formulating reduced graphene oxide and ferric oxide and silver nitrate to water solution, adding urea and sodium alginate, heating, and cooling. USE - Method for bio-assisted synthesizing bacteriostatic photocatalyst reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide/silver (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product exhibits good antibacterial performance and excellent catalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bio-assisted synthesis of bacteriostatic photocatalyst reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide/silver involves formulating graphene oxide and ferric chloride hexahydrate to water solution, adding urea and sodium alginate, transferring into reaction kettle, heating at 200 degrees C for 20 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide nanocomposite material, ultrasonically dispersing in mixed solution of water and absolute ethanol, adding silane coupling agent 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES), modifying, stirring at room temperature, vacuum drying, formulating reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide and silver nitrate to water solution, adding urea and sodium alginate, transferring into reaction kettle, heating to 200 degrees C for 8 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, and drying.
