NOVELTY - Drying graphene oxide, comprises (a) treating a washed graphene oxide with an organic solvent having a boiling point of less than or equal to 90 degrees C, and (b) thermally drying the graphene grains at less than or equal to 200 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for drying graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method shortens drying time, is economical and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for oxidized graphene drying apparatus comprising an ethanol and acetone-treated oxidized graphene feeder, a low temperature drying chamber of less than or equal to 200 degrees C, and a dried graphene collector; and #oxidative graphene production apparatus, comprising a graphene oxidation unit, a cleaning unit for cleaning the oxidized graphite in the graphite oxidation unit, a peeling unit for peeling the oxidized graphene, and an oxidized graphene drying unit for drying the graphene oxide.
