NOVELTY - The method comprises (1) mixing silicon dioxide, ferric oxide and calcium tungstate evenly to obtain mixed raw material powder, (2) melting the mixed raw material powder, cooling and crystallizing, re-grinding the mixed crystal obtained by crystallization to obtain mixed crystal powder, (3) adding modified graphene oxide and/or nano silicon-based oxides to the mixed crystal powder, mixing uniformly to obtain a terahertz powder, pressing and molding the terahertz powder to obtain a terahertz material block, (4) sintering the terahertz material block in a calciner, cooling and pulverizing to obtain a terahertz material, and (5) placing the terahertz material in a terahertz radiation environment for radiation intensification treatment. USE - Method for preparing terahertz material, which is used for reducing discharge of nitrogen oxide and volatile organic matter used in diesel vehicle and other mobile source fuel. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing terahertz material with high emissivity, and reduces nitrogen oxide and volatile organic matter discharge with good emission efficiency stability.
