NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced conductive alloy comprises 55-80 pts. wt. polycarbonate resin, 12-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, 1-5 pts. wt. grapheme, 0.0015-0.4 pts. wt. graphene surface treatment agent, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 4-6 pts. wt. toughener and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. processing aids. USE - The graphene reinforced conductive alloy is useful for processing of nano-composites in other systems. ADVANTAGE - The alloy: improves conductivity and processing performance; has strong adaptability; has a positive effect on promoting the large-scale production and application of high-performance, multi-functional alloys. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene reinforced conductive alloy comprising preparing graphene reinforced conductive acrylonitrile butadiene styrene masterbatch, mixing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, graphene, graphene surface treatment agent, compatibilizer, toughening agent and processing aid at 30-100 degrees C for 5-60 minutes, melting and blending and pelletizing by cooling or directly pelletizing at a blending temperature of 200-260 degrees C to obtain graphene-enhanced conductive acrylonitrile butadiene styrene masterbatch, preparing graphene reinforced conductive alloy, mixing uniformly graphene-enhanced conductive acrylonitrile butadiene styrene masterbatch and polycarbonate resin at 30-100 degrees C for 5-60 minutes, melt-blending and pelletizing by cooling or directly granulate to obtain graphene reinforced conductive alloy.
