NOVELTY - Preparation of platinum (Pt)/amorphous titanium dioxide (amTiO2)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) electrocatalyst comprises taking titanium dioxide and graphene oxide sol to prepare improved sol-gel, water bath evaporating at 25 degrees C, and carrying out impregnation reduction in loaded Pt nanoparticles, where amount of amTiO2 and GO is 11-20 wt.% and noble metal Pt content is 16.5-25 wt.%. USE - Method for preparing Pt/amTiO2/rGO electrocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrocatalyst solves corrosion problems of rGO, increases degree of dispersion of Pt nanoparticles, improves amTiO2 conductivity, has improved electro-catalytic activity and stability, and efficiently utilizes Pt. The method is simple, easy to operate, and environment-friendly.
