▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sensor (100) comprises a substrate (110), and a sensing electrode (120) formed on the substrate and including a graphene and a conductive polymer. The graphene is reduced graphene containing partial oxidation region formed by reducing graphene oxide with conductive polymer. USE - The sensor is useful for sensing water and acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor simultaneously senses acid and water with high sensitivity, has minimized thickness, and can control sensing sensitivity of water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing sensor, comprising either: (a) forming a pre-sensing electrode layer including graphene oxide and conductive polymer precursor on the substrate, and (b) forming a sensing electrode layer by polymerizing the conductive polymer precursor of the pre-sensing electrode layer with conductive polymer and reduced graphene oxide, or (a1) forming a sensing electrode comprising conductive polymer and oxidized graphene on a substrate, and (b1) reducing the oxidized graphene, where the reduced graphene is partially oxidized; and (2) water sensor comprising a substrate, and a sensing electrode formed on the substrate and including reduced graphene containing oxidation region.
