NOVELTY - Preparing composite modified asphalt comprises (i) stirring toluene diisocyanate and ethylenediamine polyether uniformly, heating to 75-80degrees Celsius, preserving temperature and reacting to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer and stirring polyurethane prepolymer, spirocyclic phosphate and epoxy resin uniformly to obtain the modified epoxy resin; and (ii) heating matrix asphalt to 130-160degrees Celsius, adding curing agent, compatibilizer, plasticizer and rubber powder, stirring, adding modified epoxy resin and auxiliary agent, stirring uniformly at 160-185degrees Celsius and developing for 2 hours. USE - Composite modified asphalt based on powder epoxy resin adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares composite modified asphalt with excellent flame retardant and excellent mechanical property, ultra-violet absorption performance, temperature, water, solvent and fatigue resistance.
