NOVELTY - The oxygen sensor has a substrate (10) which is made of one of silicon mononitride (SiN), silicon dioxide (SiO2), titanium nitride (TiN), aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) materials. A graphene layer (30) is equipped on an upper portion of the substrate by imprint. Two electrodes (40) are equipped in the upper portion of the graphene layer. The resistance of the graphene layer changes according to the degree of exposure with respect to the oxygen content. A cover portion (50) is equipped so as to cover the graphene layer and electrodes. USE - Graphene based oxygen sensor for measuring oxygen content in exhaust gas of vehicle engine. ADVANTAGE - The need for dissimilar apparatus is made unnecessary, and the configuration of the oxygen sensor is made simple compared with the existing oxygen sensor.
