NOVELTY - The glaze has a glaze body for comprising silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, iron oxide, titanium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, potassium oxide, zirconium oxide, zinc oxide, barium oxide and graphene. A raw material comprises different components according to parts by weight, where 50-60 pts.wt. of silicon dioxide, 4-7 pts.wt. of alumina, 0.03-0.06 pts.wt. of ferric oxide, 3.1-4.1 pts.wt. of titanium dioxide, 5.5-6.5 pts.wt. of calcium oxide, 0.8- 1.2 pts.wt. of magnesium oxide, 7.5-9.0 pts.wt. of sodium oxide, 1.9-2.9 pts.wt. of potassium oxide potassium, 4.9- 6.2 pts.wt. of zirconium oxalate, 1.5-2.0 pts.wt. of zinc oxide, 4.5-5.5 pts.wt. of barium oxide, 4-5 pts.wt. of boron oxides and 0.5 to 1.5 pts.wt. of graphene. USE - Ceramic glaze for stainless steel toilet product. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic glaze has thermal expansion coefficient matched with the stainless steel material at high temperature, and has improved anti-corrosion performance of the surface of the final product. The glaze surface does not crack and peel off after high temperature heating and cooling, and the later product has stable reliability.
