▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves growing a graphene layer on the metal substrate to form a graphene layer. The uneven surface is formed on the surface of the graphene layer. The metal layer is grown on the graphene layer using electroplating. The second graphene layer is formed on the metal layer. The uneven surface is formed on the surface of the graphene layer. The second metal layer is formed on the second graphene layer using electroplating. The graphene layer is formed by the chemistry deposition method. USE - Method for manufacturing multi-layer graphene composite sheet used in hermetically-sealed electronic device e.g. smart phone or tablet personal computer. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductivity of the heat dissipating layer is improved by forming a graphene layer on a metal substrate and forming a metal plating layer on the graphene layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the multi-layered graphene composite sheet.
