NOVELTY - Graphene multifunctional fabric comprises 10-50 pts. wt. graphene modified fiber, and 20-30 pts. wt. modified Terylene (Synthetic polyester fiber), where the preparation of the graphene modified fiber comprising (i) firstly sending the graphene fiber into the deionized water to disperse, then adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH, then adding sodium citrate (1-5%), stirring, then adding 1-5% nano silicon dioxide, continuously stirring for 10-20 hours, finishing stirring, water washing, drying to obtain nanosilicon dioxide loaded graphene fiber, (ii) calcining the bentonite, then naturally cooling to room temperature, and then reacting to obtain the flexible bentonite, (iii) adding flexible bentonite into the wollastonite in liquid ultrasonic dispersion treatment, then water washing, centrifuging, drying to obtain the modified bentonite, and (iv) adding modified bentonite, and nano silicon dioxide load graphene into the drawing furnace for drawing. USE - The fabric is useful in ventilating and antibacterial clothes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: uses graphene fiber to soak by hydrochloric acid; ensures softening treatment; ensures sparse surface structure; uses nano-silicon dioxide with high specific surface area, so as to carry the effect of the modified bentonite and graphene fiber; ensures bentonite sheet-shaped structure by calcining; enhances flexibility; enhances permeability, so as to improve the stability of the fiber structure; enhances flexibility and ventilation effect; uses modified Terylene (Synthetic polyester fiber) yarn after knitting. The fabric has excellent antibacterial stability and ventilation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene multifunctional fabric comprises 10-50 pts. wt. graphene modified fiber, and 20-30 pts. wt. modified Terylene (Synthetic polyester fiber), where the preparation of the graphene modified fiber comprising (i) firstly sending the graphene fiber into the deionized water to disperse, then adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 4.5, then adding sodium citrate (1-5%), continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes at a rotating speed of 100-500 revolutions/minute, then adding 1-5% nano silicon dioxide, continuously stirring for 10-20 hours, finishing stirring, water washing, drying to obtain nanosilicon dioxide loaded graphene fiber, (ii) calcining the bentonite at 100-300degreesC for 15-25 minutes, then raising the temperature to 500degreesC at a rate of 1-3degreesC/minute, then naturally cooling to room temperature, and then reacting for 10-20 minutes at 1-5degreesC, ending the reaction to obtain the flexible bentonite, (iii) adding flexible bentonite into the wollastonite in liquid ultrasonic dispersion treatment at an ultrasonic power of 100-300 W for 10-20 minutes, then water washing, centrifuging, drying to obtain the modified bentonite, and (iv) adding modified bentonite, and nano silicon dioxide load graphene fiber in a weight ratio of 1: 9 into the drawing furnace for drawing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene multifunctional surface material comprising (i) blending the graphene modified fiber to obtain the blended yarn, then knitting the modified terylene yarn and blended yarn to obtain the woven fabric, (ii) weaving the fabric into the soaking agent, soaking at a pressure of 1-5 MPa for 10-20 minutes, finishing soaking, water washing and drying.
