NOVELTY - The plate has an anode (1) fixed with a cathode (2). A space is formed between the cathode and the anode. The cathode is upwards equipped with a cathode discharge (3) that is fixed towards a side of the anode, where the anode comprises a positive non metal layer (1-2) that is covered with a graphene (1-1), the cathode comprises a negative non metal layer (2-2) that is covered with the graphene cathode (2-1), where the cathode discharge comprises a negative discharge non-metal layer that is matched with a non metal layer the graphene layer. USE - Graphene-based wet electrostatic precipitator plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate is inexpensive and light in weight, and has high dust removing efficiency, and reduces corrosion problem.
