NOVELTY - Laser spraying processing of metal piece surface comprises (i) sending metal piece into processing agent for microwave treatment, where the microwave power is 100-150 W, the microwave time is 10-20 minutes, (ii) adding caprolactam, folic acid polyethylene glycol amino into the stirring kettle, then adding diatomaceous earth, acrylic emulsion and graphene for 20-30 minutes at a rotating speed of 200-250 rotations/minutes, stirring to obtain the coating material, (iii) using coating material for arc spraying the primary processing metal piece, finishing spraying, realizing the establishment of the middle layer, (iv) sending the metal piece sprayed by the electric arc into the adhesive to process for 10-20 minutes, and where the processing temperature is 75-85degrees Celsius, (v) spraying the spraying powder by laser, spraying the sprayed powder with laser, the laser output power is 900-1000 W, under the protection of argon gas, USE - The method is useful for laser spraying processing method of metal piece surface. ADVANTAGE - The metal piece surface laser spraying processing technique has improved laser spraying layer and the net-shaped porous completely, contact, reaction degree, and polishing smoothly. The nickel powder in the adhesive has self-lubricating effect, so as to modify the middle layer after processing with the bonding layer.
