NOVELTY - Preparing graphite alkene with complete and uniform size and ultra-large sheet diameter by macro-scale involves pre-processing crystalline flake graphite to obtain graphite powder with uniform diameter distribution, and average grain diameter is greater than 100 mm in first temperature range, adding potassium manganese oxide (KMnO4) into graphitic oxide precursor, performing pre-oxidation treatment through synergistic concentrated sulfuric acid intercalation, uniformly mixing for period of time to obtain graphite oxide precursor (B), adding potassium mononitrate (KMnO4) to the graphic oxide precursor in second temperature range for deep oxidation and uniformly mixing to obtain an oxidized graphite precursor (C), stirring the graphic oxide precursor obtained in the step (III) in cold water of the third temperature range and the hydrolysis reaction temperature, then separating and purifying to obtain new large sheet diameter graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphite alkene with complete and uniform size and ultra-large sheet diameter by macro-scale, where the graphene is a honeycomb-shaped two-dimensional nano-material with regular hexagonal lattice. ADVANTAGE - The method provides large sheet diameter graphene oxide with complete and uniform size. The method has simple operation, fast and efficient, and is very suitable for enterprise batch and stable production.
