▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The antenna has a graphene-metal radiation layer formed on a top layer of a medium plate, formed with a graphene tuning portion and provided with a graphene patch and a metal patch. The metal patch is provided with two symmetrical comb-shaped structure patch units. An inner side of a tip of the graphene tuning portion is formed with a circular groove. A micro-strip feeding layer is formed on a bottom layer of the medium plate. A feeding structure is located below a narrower portion of a trumpet-shaped gap in the graphene tuning portion for performing feeding of a gap coupling. USE - Graphene-metal structure based reconfigurable terahertz antenna. ADVANTAGE - The antenna can utilize a hybrid graphene-metal structure radiating surface comprising a graphene tuning section and a metal radiator so as to improve performance of the antenna. The antenna can be dynamically reconstructed by changing electric field bias of the graphene tuning portion of the antenna radiation surface, and has lower reflection coefficient. The antenna is provided with a radiation patch that reserves metal material and balances radiation performance of the antenna. The hybrid graphene-metal reconfigurable antenna is expected to enable the tapered planar slot antenna to be used in higher frequency band, and enables graphene to bring possibilities and expansion space for design and application of the terahertz antenna. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for tuning frequency of a reconfigurable antenna based on a graphene-metal structure.
