NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant concrete, comprises 60-80 pts. wt. cement, 800-960 pts. wt. regenerated aggregate, 50-60 pts. wt. sugarcane waste, 100-245 pts. wt. fly ash, 20-25 pts. wt. anti-corrosion agent, and 80-110 pts. wt. water. The anti-corrosion agent comprises 8-12 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 6-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide and 2-4 pts. wt. butyl methacrylate. The anti-corrosion concrete is fed into waste gas from thermal power generation for mineralization maintenance. USE - Corrosion-resistant concrete. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion concrete has high strength, good anti- corrosion effect, and can seal carbon dioxide in the preparation process, reduces the carbon discharge and reduces the recovery of the waste material, is environment-friendly product, and improves the early strength of the concrete and anti-chloride ion corrosion ability. The butyl methacrylate corrosion inhibitor has good viscosity and toughness, can improve the filling efficiency of concrete corrosion inhibitor, can generate self-polymerization to form high polymer, and silicon carbide and modified oxidation graphene form a three-dimensional net-shaped structure. The corrosion of the chloride ion in the concrete to the concrete is reduced.
