NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene lubricant comprises preparation of graphene alcohol ethanol colloidal suspension by taking graphite powder as raw material, performing Hummers oxidation to prepare graphene oxide, centrifuging with water centrifugal solution until neutral, and ultrasonic dispersing oxidized graphene in anhydrous ethanol; high speed centrifuging graphene alcohol ethanol colloidal suspension, and separating upper layer solution and lower layer sediment; vacuum drying sediments to obtain multilayered graphene oxide; and mixing with lubricant. USE - Method for preparing graphene lubricant used for brake pads (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation and no additional investment. It is green, economical and environment-friendly, and reduces investment in processing waste. The pad has stable friction coefficient, and low wear rate.
