▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite surface coated high intensity titanium alloy comprises mixing 1-4 g/l few-layer graphene powder and dispersant, adding deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, where dispersant is 0.1-0.4 g/l sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.1-0.4 g/l polyethylene glycol and 0.01-0.04 g/l cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. USE - The method is useful for preparing nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite surface coated high intensity titanium alloy. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite has strong bonding force, high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
