NOVELTY - A non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor comprises 25-40 wt.% sulfonic acid methyl amine polyepoxysuccinic acid, 20-30 wt.% sodium molybdate, 12-30 wt.% maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, 3-5 wt.% graphene oxide aqueous dispersing liquid, 3-6 wt.% fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 15-40 wt.% zinc sulfate. USE - Non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor. ADVANTAGE - The inhibitor is environmental-friendly, good solution stability, biodegradable main component, nontoxic, phosphorus-free and no pollution and corrosion, realizes trace, eliminates pollutant, and increases performance, effectively realizes pollutant adsorption and physical chemical adsorption of synergistic effect. The method is simple, and has no three-waste discharge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor comprising mixing sulfonic acid methyl amine polyepoxysuccinic acid, sodium molybdate, maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer and graphene oxide aqueous dispersing liquid, heating at 65-95 degrees C for 1.5-2.0 hours, dropwise adding zinc sulfate aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing for 15-20 minutes, heating to 105 degrees C, adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, refluxing for 0.5-1 hour, cooling to 75-85 degrees C, hot filtering, and cooling.
