NOVELTY - Anisotropic composite material, obtained by immersing the continuous glass fiber cloth in the modified boron nitride/carbon nanotube dispersion, mixing with the resin matrix mixture, arranged according to the preset direction, and curing at high temperature, is claimed. The modified boron nitride/carbon nanotube dispersion comprises 20-40 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 0.01-1 pts. wt. coupling agent. The thermally conductive filler is modified boron nitride or modified carbon nanotubes. USE - The anisotropic composite material is useful in a power device for conveying electric power, and for packaging an electronic device in the operation process, multi-direction radiating. ADVANTAGE - The anisotropic composite material: has improved heat-conducting performance: solves the technical problem that the thermal conductivity of existing composite materials cannot meet market application requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparing anisotropic composite material comprising immersing the glass fiber cloth in the modified boron nitride/carbon nanotube dispersion liquid, mixing with the mixture of polyester resin, curing agent, waste calcium carbonate, low shrinkage additive and mold release agent after ethanol volatilizes, and arranged according to the preset direction, and curing to obtain a composite material.
