▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A metal-ceramic composite material preparing method involves dispersing the graphene uniformly on the first contact surface of the metal material and/or the second contact surface of the ceramic material, heat treating the metal material and the ceramic material together or separately, decomposing graphene into activated carbon atoms and intercalating into the lattice gap of the first contact surface of the metal material and/or in the lattice gap of the second contact surface of the ceramic material and forming a metal precursor material having a first contact surface as a metal gap solid solution and/or a ceramic precursor material having a second contact surface as a ceramic gap solid solution. The metal precursor material and the ceramic precursor material are stacked to contact the first contact surface and the second contact surface each other, and subjected to hot press sintering treatment to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing metal-ceramic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the metal-ceramic composite material with effectively improving the comprehensive performance of the composite material and satisfying the performance requirement of more fields.
