▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method involves bonding the highly oriented graphene film with the hot-melt pressure-sensitive double-sided adhesive. The graphene film is cured to form a spirally distributed cylinder. The graphene film spiral distribution cylinder formed is put into a graphite mold. The raw materials for preparing zirconium element microalloyed copper alloys are smelted for more than three times by vacuum induction melting method to obtain zirconium micro alloyed copper ingots. The highly oriented graphene film preform is put together with the graphite mold into a quartz crucible. The furnace cavity of the gas pressure infiltration device is immediately filled with high-purity argon gas, after the heat preservation is completed. The temperature and pressure are kept constant. USE - Preparation method of spiral graphene film-copper layered composite material. ADVANTAGE - The improvement of the interfacial bonding strength and the uniform distribution of the graphene film in the helical graphene film-copper layered composite is realized. The mechanical properties of the composite material are improved. The problems of small loading of graphene as copper matrix reinforcement, many graphene copper interfaces, disordered graphene orientation, and limited thermal conductivity enhancement are solved.
