▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The speaker has a piezoelectric thin film including two sides. 1-6 graphene thin film layers are formed on two sides of the piezoelectric thin film. The graphene thin film layers are connected with two leading-out electrodes. The piezoelectric thin film is adhered in a heat release adhesive tape and arranged on a graphite heat conducting plate. The thin film layers are formed on a metal substrate e.g. copper foil or nickel foil. The electrodes are made of copper strip and silver. The graphene thin film layers are treated with iron chloride solution. USE - Graphene film speaker for use in an electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The speaker produces a power full sound quality. The graphene thin film layers are formed on two sides of the piezoelectric thin film and are connected with two leading-out electrodes, thus ensuring the quality and integrity of the graphene thin film, and ensuring the excellent conductivity graphite film electrode, and hence enabling the production of low power consumption speaker. The speaker has very high light transmission rate, thus ensuring high light permeability in the electronic device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene thin film layers are formed using chemical vapor deposition using two kinds of gas or the mixed gas of methane and acetylene as a carbon source. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene film speaker. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical representation illustrating characteristics of a graphene film speaker. '(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
