NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene quantum dot involves calcining graphite at high temperature, mixing graphite with ammonium persulfate in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain mixed solution, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing, transferring the uniformly dispersed mixture to hydrothermal reaction kettle for reaction, cooling the product to room temperature, filtering carbon-based material through a porous filter to obtain a mixed solution containing graphene quantum dot, dialyzing the mixed solution containing graphene quantum dot in a dialysis bag to obtain graphene quantum dot aqueous solution and freeze-drying of graphene quantum dot aqueous solution. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale preparation of graphene quantum dot with uniform morphology and high yield.
