NOVELTY - Phase-change energy storage microcapsule material based on trans rubber comprises 20-500 pts. wt. phase-change material as core material, 100 pts. wt. crystalline trans rubber with cross-linking degree of 0.5-5% and 5-70 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler as core-shell structure of capsule wall and 3-15 pts. wt. other material (anti-aging agent, vulcanizing agent, and vulcanizing auxiliary agent). USE - The phase change energy storage microcapsule material is useful in building energy saving, solar energy system, waste heat utilization, cold chain transportation, medical care, electronic components and equipment, etc (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule material has improved shelf life, can withstand repeated expansion and contraction of the phase change core material, its own crystal melting phase transition can store and release heat, can solve the problem of insufficient thermal conductivity of the polymer substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparing the micro-capsule material, comprising (a) dispersing or dissolving fat-soluble phase change materials in toluene by ultrasonic, adding trans-rubber to dissolve at 60-80℃, and preparing a mixed solution of trans-rubber solution and phase change material, dispersing the antioxidant, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization auxiliary agent, and thermally conductive filler in toluene at room temperature, and configuring the thermally conductive filler suspension, adding the filler suspension to the mixture of trans rubber and phase change material, rapidly shearing and uniform mixing, obtaining a combined liquid of trans rubber, thermally conductive filler and phase change material, using the spray method, add the combined solution into water to solidify and precipitate the trans-rubber, centrifuging, placing in hot water at 75-80°C, heating, vulcanizing and crosslinking for 1-5 hours, centrifuging, separating, and vacuum drying at 40°C to obtain phase-change energy storage microcapsules, (b) dissolving water-soluble phase change material in water at room temperature, and configuring a saturated aqueous solution of the phase change material, dispersing the antioxidant, vulcanizing agent, vulcanizing aid, thermal conductive filler, etc. in toluene, and configuring the thermal conductive filler suspension, dissolving the trans-rubber in toluene at 60-80°C to prepare a trans-rubber solution, adding the filler suspension to the trans-rubber solution, rapid shearing and mixing, obtaining a combined solution of trans-rubber and thermally conductive filler, using the spray method, spraying the combined solution into the saturated aqueous solution of the phase change material under rapid stirring, so that the trans-rubber is solidified and precipitated, centrifuging, placing in hot water at 75-80°C, heating, vulcanizing and crosslinking for 1-5 hours, centrifuging, separating, and vacuum drying at 40°C.
