DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of tire vulcanization capsule comprising adding raw rubber to internal mixer, mixing for 10-60 seconds, adding nano-graphene, carbon nanotube, stearic acid, 1/2 of carbon black and 1/2 of process oil, mixing for 10-60 seconds, adding remaining 1/2 of carbon black and 1/2 of process oil, mixing for 10-60 seconds, kneading for 10-120 seconds, and discharging; and adding to mixer, adding vulcanized resin, mixing for 10-60 seconds, kneading for 10-240 seconds, discharging, adding to another mixer, mixing for 10-60 seconds, kneading for 10-60 seconds, mixing for 10-60 seconds, unloading, cooling, refining and adding adhesive; and open milling, and vulcanizing, and grinding.
