▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing lipophilic few-layer graphene by mechanical stripping process, comprises (i) dispersing siloxane modifier in alcohol, and stirring evenly to prepare alcohol solution of siloxane modifier, (ii) adding graphite in the alcohol solution of step (i), and performing dispersion shearing to obtain graphite containing suspension, (iii) treating the graphite containing suspension by mechanical stripping to obtain dispersion of lipophilic few-layer graphene, and (iv) filter-press drying the dispersion obtained in step (iii) to obtain lipophilic siloxane-modified few-layer graphene powder, where the siloxane modifier is reactive terminal hydroxy groups containing long-chain polysiloxane. USE - The lipophilic few-layer graphene is useful for electromagnetic shielding materials, conductive coatings, heat-generating coatings or textiles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has short production process and environmentally friendly process, and ensures the prepared lipophilic few-layer graphene has excellent dispersibility in the polymer substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for lipophilic few-layer graphene prepared by above method.
