▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flexible self-energy multi-layer structure electronic skin comprises thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)fiber membrane matrix and conductive filler. The flexible self-powered multi-layer structure electronic skin TPU fiber membrane matrix and conductive filler are stacked in staggered and superimposed arrangement. The conductive filler is prepared by mixing one-dimensional silver nanowires (AgNWs) and two-dimensional reduced graphene oxide (RGO). The thickness of each TPU fiber film of TPU fiber film matrix is 15-20 μm. The proportion of conductive filler AgNWs in total amount of AgNWs and RGO is 50%. The thickness of conductive layer prepared by conductive filler is less than 1 μm and is completely and tightly wrapped by adjacent 15-20 μm TPU fiber film. USE - Flexible self-energy multi-layer structure electronic skin ADVANTAGE - The AgNWs have good electrical conductivity and antibacterial properties, strong interaction between one-dimensional AgNWs and two-dimensional RGO achieves uniform dispersion of AgNWs in composite film. The method improves comprehensive performance of AgNWs/RGO conductive composite film, is conducive to passage of gas and has effect of waterproofing.
