NOVELTY - Preparing composite film with interlayer structure comprises (a) setting non-woven aramid felt body between the two layers of nonwoven felt bodies, (b) placing three-dimensional graphene oxide (GO)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composite gas gel between the non-welded felt bodies and (c) pressing the three-dimensional GO/PVA composite gel on the non-weldingfelt body to obtain the composite film having interlayers structure, where the method further comprises (d) setting the non-welding felt body with three-dimensional GO/PVA composite gel in the middle of the two layer non-weld felt bodies. USE - The composite film is useful in aerospace, building, national defense, and environment protection. ADVANTAGE - The composite film with interlayer structure has excellent sound absorption and sound insulation performance. The damping elastic material polyvinyl alcohol can reflect the incident sound wave, can absorb part of sound energy ring through friction between molecules under the vibration load effect generated by sound wave, sound insulation and damping sound absorption effect can be realized, the combination of polypropylene alcohol and graphene oxide, at the same time of improving the mechanical property of the material, and can more absorb and reflect the sound wave. The composite system has more micro-porous layered honeycomb structure, and promotes sound absorption efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite film with sandwich structure, comprising non-woven aramid felt body, three-dimensional GO/PVA composite aerogel and non-woven aramid felt body from top to bottom.
