▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Device comprises a reaction tank (100) accommodated with an electrolyte, a working electrode, and a counter electrode, and exfoliated graphene is formed from working electrode by an electrolysis reaction; a vacuum filter unit (400) in which the exfoliated graphene and the electrolyte that have passed through a classification tank (300) are introduced through a vacuum filter inlet pipe, and the exfoliated graphene and the pure electrolyte are separated using a filter and vacuum pressure; an electrolyte control unit (500) is introduced with pure electrolyte by vacuum filter unit through an electrolyte control inlet pipe, and detecting the state of the pure electrolyte; and a storage tank (600) in which the pure electrolyte that has passed through the electrolyte control unit after the condition is adjusted is introduced and stored through an electrolyte storage tank inlet pipe, and pure electrolyte is moved to the reaction tank through an electrolyte storage tank discharge pipe. USE - The device and system are useful for producing exfoliated graphene using electrochemical method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device and system ensures continuous production of exfoliated graphene between processes; produces high yield and high-purity graphene, realizes excellent electrical conductivity; utilizes low-cost raw materials; suppresses the oxidation of the surface of the counter electrode and minimizes the occurrence of resistance in the electrochemical reaction, thus improving the efficiency of the process and enabling mass production of exfoliated grapheme; improves reaction stability, thus controlling the electrochemical reactivity and peeling off; and saves application of voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the device for producing exfoliated graphene using electrochemistry (Drawing includes non-English language text).
