NOVELTY - Semi-tempered glass processing liquid comprises 10-18 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nanoparticles, 2-5 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-5 pts. wt. potassium titanate whisker, 3-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 2-8 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-4 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. ethanol, 3-5 pts. wt. polyglycol ether, 1-3 pts. wt. polyacrylate delusterant, 2-4 pts. wt. polycarboxylate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, and 0.05-0.3 pt. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate. USE - Semi-tempered glass processing liquid. ADVANTAGE - The treated glass is high-strength, smooth, and explosion-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the semi-tempered glass processing liquid comprising mixing polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, talc powder and potassium titanate crystal whisker, reacting at 30-55 degrees C, adding ethanol, sealing, stirring, heating at 60 degrees C for 10-25 minutes, adding silicon carbide, carbon fiber and graphite, stirring for 30-60 seconds, mixing remaining raw materials, stirring for 10-20 minutes, refrigerating for 20-30 minutes, mixing prepared mixtures, heating at 50 degrees C, and UV sterilizing.
