NOVELTY - The method involves performing graphite ultrasonic dispersion process. Methyl polysiloxane is added into polysiloxane burn curing agent to prepare mixing liquid. An air conditioner filter screen is fixed in a base. Temperature of an oven tank is maintained at 800 to 200 degree Celsius. Graphene is coated on the air conditioner filter screen under room temperature. Concentration range of graphite dilute dispersion is about 1mg/ml-7 mg/ml. USE - Graphene alkenyl-based air conditioner filter screen spray coating method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing performance of air conditioner filter screen spray coating process, improving electrostatic adsorption capacity, achieving better purification effect, and facilitating filter network to prevent bacteria.
