▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite conductive fiber comprises core layer and skin layer. The core layer is located in middle of skin layer in the form of interlayer and the skin layer is symmetrically distributed by taking the core layer as symmetrical axis. The area of skin layer is close to core layer formed with near core area, forming transition region between two adjacent near core regions. The core layer is made of carbon black material or mixture of carbon black material and other conductive material. The skin layer is made of non-conductive thermoplastic high molecular polymer. The core layer forms a gradient isotherm from high to low levels from the core layer to the outside by means of electromagnetic heating. The gradient isotherm forms a coating area near the core area, and the coating area is coated with metal coating. USE - Used as composite conductive fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive fiber: has high conductivity, high strength, high wear resistance, and excellent anisotropy; and is excellent for later preparation process.
