NOVELTY - Graphene oxide and tetrahydrofuran are mixed, added to triethylamine, reacted, and phosphazene and tetrahydrofuran are added to obtained mixture to obtain mixture (D). Silane coupling agent is dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, added to mixture (D), reacted to obtain mixture (F). Water is added to mixture (F), reacted, filtered, washed and dried to obtain phosphorus oxide graphene hybrid. Polyisocyanate and phosphorus-containing hybrid graphene oxide are mixed in molten state, and cured to obtain phosphorus-containing hybridized graphene oxide-modified cyanate resin. USE - Preparation of phosphorus-containing hybridized graphene oxide-modified cyanate resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides phosphorus-containing hybridized graphene oxide-modified cyanate resin having excellent heat performance and flame retardance, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 1 Part mass graphene oxide and 500-1000 parts mass tetrahydrofuran are thoroughly mixed, to obtain mixture (A). Under inert gas protection, 10-50 parts mass triethylamine is added to obtained mixture (A), and reacted at 0-4 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, to obtain mixture (B). 1-10 Parts mass phosphazene and 100-400 parts mass tetrahydrofuran are mixed to obtain mixture (C). The obtained mixture (C) is added to mixture (B), reacted at 0-4 degrees C for 1-5 hours, and heated at 40-70 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain mixture (D). 20-50 Parts mass silane coupling agent is dissolved in 200-400 parts mass tetrahydrofuran, to obtain mixture (E). Obtained mixture (E) is added to mixture (D), reacted at constant temperature of 40-70 degrees C for 2-5 hours, to obtain mixture (F). 4-10 Parts mass water is added to mixture (F), reacted at constant temperature of 40-70 degrees C for 2-5 hours, further reacted at 15-25 degrees C for 10-24 hours, filtered, washed and dried to obtain phosphorus oxide graphene hybrid. 100 Parts mass polyisocyanate and 0.5-2.04 parts mass phosphorus-containing hybrid graphene oxide are mixed in molten state, and cured to obtain phosphorus-containing hybridized graphene oxide-modified cyanate resin.
