NOVELTY - Continuous synthesis of graphene/ferrite nano-composite material, involves dispersing certain amount of graphene in water, and then adding sodium hydroxide or aqueous ammonia to mixed solution, and performing ultrasonication of mixed solution to obtain graphene dispersion solution, heating graphene dispersion, and then adding certain amount of metal salt solution, filling reaction solution into another vessel, separating precipitation from solution, placing collected solution in mixer, and then adding graphene dispersion solution, and washing resulting precipitate. USE - Continuous synthesis of graphene/ferrite nano-composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The energy consumption and the production cost are reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Continuous synthesis of graphene/ferrite nano-composite material, involves dispersing certain amount of graphene in water, and then adding sodium hydroxide or aqueous ammonia to desired amount of mixed solution whose pH value is 9-12, and performing ultrasonication of mixed solution to obtain graphene dispersion solution, heating a portion of graphene dispersion at 60-95 degrees C, and then adding certain amount of metal salt solution, filling the reaction solution into another vessel, separating precipitate from solution, placing the collected solution in mixer, and then adding graphene dispersion solution, washing the resulting precipitate, to obtain the desired graphene/ferrite nanocomposite. The metal salt solution is mixed solution of ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, zinc nitrate, iron chloride or nickel chloride.
