▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high polymer bonded explosive comprises 93-96 %mass main explosive, 3-6 %mass adhesive, 1-3 %mass desensitizer. The desensitizer comprises hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets or graphene nanosheets. USE - High polymer bonded explosive used in insensitive solid propellant or insensitive pressure-loaded explosive (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses the hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets and graphene nanosheets are two-dimensional layered materials with rich functional groups on the surface, weak interlayer forces and easy sliding. The method introduces desensitizer with excellent thermal conductivity into the polymer bonded explosive, so that the high polymer bonded explosive is easy to generate micro-flow deformation when being stimulated by the outside, and the generation of effective 'hot spots' and the probability of further heat accumulation are reduced, so the mechanical sensitivity and the thermal stability and safety of the high polymer bonded explosive are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high polymer bonded explosive, which involves mixing main explosive, desensitizer and water to obtain a suspension, and dripping adhesive solution into the suspension for coating.
