NOVELTY - A glucose detection sensor comprises a graphene/chitosan/glucose oxidase deposition modified glassy carbon electrode as a working electrode, a platinum sheet as a counter electrode, and a calomel electrode as a reference electrode. USE - Glucose detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is prepared in a simple and convenient manner with high sensitivity, specificity and stability. The sensor detects the glucose content in a short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a glucose detection sensor.
