▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A laser-direct structuring flexible fabric comprises 90-94 wt.% polyacrylonitrile matrix material, 3-7.5 wt.% laser-direct structuring additive, 1-1.5 wt.% graphene, 0.9-1.2 wt.% coupling agent and 0.3-0.6 wt.% lubricant. The fabric is prepared by mixing raw materials, spinning, drying, forming laser-induced circuit templates, electroless-plating and electroplating metal on circuit template. USE - Laser-direct structuring flexible fabric is used for intelligent clothing, flexible medical device, wearable communication device and flexible circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The laser-direct structuring flexible fabric efficiently maintains original polyacrylonitrile fabric performance.
