▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Section recovery composition comprises 30-40 wt.% ordinary cement or slag cement; 20-55 wt.% particle size adjustment silica sand; 2-10 wt.% expanding material; 10-40 wt.% phyllite; 0.2-3 wt.% nanometal material having particle diameter of 1-100 nm, and containing copper, silver, zinc, aluminum, silicon, titanium, molybdenum, nickel, germanium, platinum, tungsten, and/or its oxides; 0.2-1.5 wt.% fluidizing agent; 0.1-2.5 wt.% reinforcement; 0.3-4 wt.% polymer; 0.01-3 wt.% nano carbon material containing carbon nanoplates, plate-shaped graphite, and/or graphene; 0.01-3 wt.% boron nitride; and 0.5-3 wt.% anionic or nonionic dispersant. USE - The composition used in repairing and reinforcing concrete structure for constructing ductile and anti-biotic concrete (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition imparts effect of restoring concrete section of curved surface, restores excellent compressive strength and flexural strength, extends lifespan, suppresses excellent toughness, can easily apply to various types of concrete structures, responds flexibly to UV rays or external temperatures, has excellent adhesion strength to prevent cracks adhesion and re-deterioration, inhibits generation and activity of fungi, bacteria, and bacteria that coexist on concrete surface by adding antibacterial function, can be quickly repair concrete structures and suppress corrosion, integrates tightly with concrete to provide excellent adhesion and workability, and shortens repair and reinforcement process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for repairing and reinforcing concrete structure, comprising (a) removing foreign substances and deteriorated parts of the concrete structure (10), (b) washing foreign substances of the surface-treated concrete structure with high-pressure washing water, (c) applying surface reinforcement (20) to the concrete structure from which the foreign substances is removed, (d) applying the section recovey composition, (e) reinforcing fiber support (40) having structure including multiple through holes and in which carbon nanowires are synthesized with glass fibers and/or carbon fibers are installed on the application site of the end surface restoration material, (f) applying the concrete section repair material composition on the reinforcing fiber support, and (g) uniformly applying the ceramic coat material (50) after applying the second end surface recovery material.
