▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Ultra-light ferric oxide gel composite contains 25-65 wt.% ferrous oxide and gas gel. USE - Ultra-light ferric oxide gel composite used as magnetic material, catalyst, abrasives, sewage processing agent and special electrode contains. ADVANTAGE - Material synthesis is simple and easy, thus easier to control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the processing of ultra-light graphene composite material involving pre-processing graphite powder using concentrated saltpeter acid and sulfuric acid at a volume ratio 1:1-5, mixing below room temperature, mixing 100 pts. wt. acid solution into 5-12 pts. wt. graphite powder, stirring for 16-32 hours, diluting in water, filtering out 0.45 microns, adjusting pH value to 7, preparing filter cake, drying at 50-70 degrees C for 1-3 days, grinding, baking at 950-1150 degrees C for 10-50 seconds, preparing oxidation graphene solution, ultrasonic peeling, preparing ferric hydroxide colloid, adding 1 pt. wt. aqueous ferric chloride solution, dissolving in 1-8 pts. vol. pure water, boiling for 1-4 minutes, using ammonia water to adjust the pH value between 8-10, preparing dilution oxidation graphene solution at room temperature, stirring for 0.5-3 hours to obtain reaction liquid, placing in hydrothermal kettle, cooling to room temperature to obtain ferric oxide graphene hydrogel, adding 5-20 vol.% ammonia solution, applying pressure of 5-30 Pa at 53 degrees C, cool drying in pure nitrogen and baking for 3-8 hours at 800 degrees C.
