▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene deformation copper-chromium in-situ composite material comprises using planetary ball mill under protection of inert atmosphere to graphene chromium powder and copper powder for liquid nitrogen low temperature ball milling, and preparing graphene deformation copper-chromium system in situ composite material needed by mixed powder; using medium frequency induction melting furnace smelting copper block; melting, adding wetting agent and ball milling mixed powder; casting graphene copper-chromium alloy rod by columnar graphite mold; hot rolling and cold drawing deformation of casting graphene copper-chromium alloy rod; preparing graphene deformation copper-chromium system in-situ composite material; and performing aging treatment to final cold-drawn graphene deformation copper-chromium system in-situ composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene deformation copper-chromium in situ composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene deformation copper-chromium in-situ composite material, which has good comprehensive performance, removes middle heat treatment process needed in traditional in-situ composite material preparation process, and increases use size of final material.
