Tea saponin intercalated graphene antimicrobial composition is bonded between network molecular chains in superabsorbent polymer. The superabsorbent resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 35-45 pts. wt. basic compound, 0.06-1.8 pts. wt. primary crosslinking agent, 0.05-2 pts. wt. initiator, 0.3-4 pts. wt. composite crosslinking agent and 0.01-10 pts. wt. tea saponin intercalated graphene antimicrobial composition. USE - Superabsorbent resin is used for medical supplies and disposable hygienic product (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The superabsorbent resin has excellent antibacterial characteristics and salt resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A superabsorbent resin comprises polyacrylate superabsorbent resin having predetermined degree of crosslinking as matrix resin. Tea saponin intercalated graphene antimicrobial composition is bonded between network molecular chains in superabsorbent polymer and/or three-dimensional crosslinked network structure on surface of superabsorbent polymer. The superabsorbent resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 35-45 pts. wt. basic compound, 0.06-1.8 pts. wt. primary crosslinking agent, 0.05-2 pts. wt. initiator, 0.3-4 pts. wt. composite crosslinking agent and 0.01-10 pts. wt. tea saponin intercalated graphene antimicrobial composition. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of superabsorbent resin, which involves diluting mixture of acrylic acid/acrylic acid salt with deionized water and neutralizing with acrylic monomer solution from basic compound, adding primary crosslinking agent and evenly stirring mixture, adding 0-45% tea saponin intercalated graphene antibacterial composition, ultrasonically dispersing mixture for 30-240 minutes, heating mixture at 35-70 degrees C, adding polymerization initiator, granulating and drying mixture and surface treating dried product with composite crosslinking agent at 110-180 degrees C.
