USE - A graphene quantum dot apparatus for photoelectric conversion device, low-voltage operation device, quantum bit device, non-volatile memory, light-emitting device, bioimage sensor, etc. ADVANTAGE - Stable characteristic can be acquired. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of graphene quantum dot apparatus which involves providing graphene quantum dot above a substrate; and (2) graphene quantum dot array structure comprising monocrystal substrate, which has multiple graphene quantum dots on the surface the face-centered cubic (fcc) domain periodically located in a line with 1st direction, and a hexagonal close packed (hcp) domain.
