▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for coating a substrate involves blending an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and graphene component in solid form to form a ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene-graphene composite blend, sieving the composite blend to a particle size of 100-200 microns to form a coating mixture, supplying the coating mixture through a thermal spray apparatus and depositing the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene-graphene nanocomposite on the substrate. USE - Method for coating substrate with ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene-graphene nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method for coating a substrate having excellent ballistic performance, abrasion resistance, toughness, electrical or thermal conductivity, strength, cut resistance and stab resistance.
