NOVELTY - Children's clothing fabric comprises a cotton layer and a polymer layer covering both sides of the cotton layer, and the thickness of the polymer layer is 0.1-0.15 mm. USE - As children's clothing fabric. ADVANTAGE - The clothing fabric uses cotton fabric as base material to ensure the softness of the fabric, and attaches a composite nanomaterial rich in a large number of microporous structures to the surface of the cotton fabric to ensure air permeability, improves wearing comfort, and promotes the full penetration of detergent molecules to remove stains, which greatly facilitates cleaning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing children's clothing fabric, involving (i) preparing powdered polymer by (I) taking 20 g oxalic acid, adding to 65 ml ethanol, stirring until completely dissolved, adding 20 ml isopropyl titanate and stirring for 45 minutes to fully react isopropyl titanate, (II) taking 2 ml deionized water, adding to the above reaction solution, continuing to stir for 25 minutes to obtain nano-titanium dioxide gel, naturally cooling and leaving still for 8 hours, and adding nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, (III) adding synthetic graphene, placing in an ultrasonic vibration device to vibrate for 3 hours to obtain synthetic graphene/nano-titanium dioxide gel, (IV) drying and grinding the gel into a powder, putting in a muffle furnace for calcination for 2.5 hours to obtain a synthetic graphene/titanium dioxide nanopolymer, using an UV lamp to irradiate the synthetic graphene/titanium dioxide nanopolymer to prepare a two-dimensional synthetic graphene/titanium dioxide nanopolymer, (ii) pretreating cotton fabric, (iii) preparing composite fabric by (A) taking a certain amount of two-dimensional synthetic graphene/titanium dioxide nanopolymer, adding to polyethylene glycol-1000 aqueous solution with a concentration of 3 wt.% to form a composite nanopolymer solution, and ensuring that the concentration of the two-dimensional synthetic graphene/titanium dioxide nano-polymer is 15 wt.%, and (B) putting the cotton fabric into a composite nano-polymer solution with a bath ratio of 1:(50-70), soaking the above solution in an ultrasonic vibration environment for 50 minutes, taking out and drying with hot air to form a composite fabric, (iv) putting the composite fabric into a silver nitrate aqueous solution with a bath ratio of 1:55 for sterilization, adding potassium borohydride aqueous solution to reduce the remaining silver nitrate aqueous solution, and stirring and mixing at room temperature for 60 minutes, and (v) taking out the fabric, washing with water, and vacuum-drying under 120 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain a composite fabric.
