▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A halogen-free graphene-polyvinyl chloride flame retardant material comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 4-6 pts. wt. dibasic lead phosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. tribasic lead sulfate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. barium stearate, 30-50 pts. wt. diphenyl isopropyl phenyl phosphate, 25-45 pts. wt. diphenyl tert-butyl phenyl phosphate, 0.25-0.35 pt. wt. triphosphite, 0.6-1 pt. wt. nano-silica and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. PTFE. USE - Halogen-free graphene-polyvinyl chloride flame retardant material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free graphene-polyvinyl chloride flame retardant material has Vicat softening point of 100-120 degrees C, excellent self-extinguishing property, does not generate smoke during combustion, has flexural strength of 45-65 MPa, excellent cold-cracking resistance, tensile strength of 20-40 MPa, breaking elongation of 300-350%, oxygen index of 44-46% and melt-flow index of 7.5-9 g/10 minutes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flame retardant material, which involves mixing the raw materials, kneading at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes, melting, plasticizing and pelletizing the kneaded material using a twin-screw extruder.
