NOVELTY - Composite material comprises a core containing a polymer, and a shell surrounding the core and containing reduced graphene oxide. The reduced graphene oxide is surface-modified with polymer containing hydrophilic group. The composite has average flatness of 0-0.1. USE - The composite material is useful for producing conductive products including anisotropic conductive film, conductive plastic, conductive ink and conductive coating agent (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electrical conductivity and stability, and no inherent deterioration of physical properties of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing composite material, comprising polymerizing a mixture comprising reduced graphene oxide surface-modified with polymer containing hydrophilic group and vinyl-based monomer in water.
